Degree in Mass Communication/Journalism and other related courses. Must have at least 5 years of related work experience. Able to deal with external agencies which may include government and government-controlled companies. Able to conceptualize initiatives to promote company image.
Must be member of the Philippine Bar with at least 3 years relevant work experience as litigation lawyer or its equivalent
Bachelor's Degree holder, preferably from the area of Arts and Letters with at least 2 years relevant work experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Industrial) or its equivalent with at least three years of working experience. Must have knowledge in property management or supply/purchasing/ inventory/material resource planning and/or management.
Preferably a licensed real estate appraiser/ Geodetic Engineer/ Civil Engineer. Knowledgeable in real estate appraisal, surveying, cost estimating. With at least 1 year working experience preferably in the latest surveying instruments, AutoCAD drawing and other MS Application.
Male or Female, 20 to 30 years old. Must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Accountancy or any related field. At least 1 year relevant work experience in office administration. Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
